Our Story
Oliver Stiller is advising businesses in Middle East for 15 eight years. He works with businesses of all sizes from startups to large corporations on how to navigate the UAE's business landscape.
He has met many founders who faced frustration due to unclear pricing structures and unreliable providers.
Recognizing the need for a secure and transparent solution, he co-founded Setoop to make the way how entrepreneurs establish their businesses in Dubai as smooth as possible.

Gregor Weiss, originally from Germany, faced firsthand the many hurdles of starting a company in Dubai.
It was during his own company setup journey that Gregor met Oliver (Olli), who shared a similar vision. Their shared experiences and complementary skill sets led them to co-found Setoop.
